What is the difference between a mold inspector and a mold remediator?

A mold inspector assesses and tests for mold; a remediator removes it. Super Green Environmental only performs inspections and testing — never remediation — eliminating any conflict of interest in our findings.

How much does a mold inspection cost in South Florida?

Mold inspection pricing starts at $495 for a standard inspection with sampling and $595 for a complete inspection. Additional samples are $95 each. Insurance and attorney work is quoted separately.

Are you licensed to perform mold inspections in Florida?

Yes. Super Green Environmental holds Florida Mold Assessor License #MRSA2418 and is also licensed to perform mold assessments in Texas.

Do you perform mold remediation?

No. We are strictly an independent inspection and assessment firm. We never perform remediation, which keeps our findings unbiased and legally defensible.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the entire state of Florida, including South Florida, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Boca Raton, Orlando, and surrounding areas, as well as Texas.

What Is Asbestos Testing?

Asbestos testing is the process of collecting samples from suspected asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in a building and sending them to an accredited laboratory for analysis. Common materials that may contain asbestos include floor tiles, ceiling tiles, insulation, roofing materials, textured paints, and pipe wrap. Testing is the only way to confirm whether asbestos is present.

When Do You Need Asbestos Testing?

Asbestos testing is recommended in the following situations:

Before any renovation or demolition work on a building built before 1980
During a real estate transaction involving an older property
After storm damage that may have disturbed asbestos-containing materials
When an insurance claim involves potential asbestos exposure
If you notice damaged or deteriorating insulation, ceiling tiles, or floor materials

We provide asbestos testing services for homeowners, property managers, contractors, real estate professionals, insurance carriers, and legal teams throughout Florida. Our reports are suitable for regulatory compliance, real estate transactions, and litigation support.

Independent Mold and Air Quality Assessment You Can Trust

Our testing is independent of removal. We find and document the problem, explain the results in plain English, and never perform removal or cleanup ourselves, so you can collect competing bids from separate contractors. Already scheduling a visit? Ask about mold testing too.
