Who We Work With

We provide independent mold inspection and testing services for a wide range of insurance and legal professionals throughout Florida, including:

  • Public adjusters handling water damage and mold claims
  • Property damage attorneys building litigation files
  • Insurance carriers requiring third-party verification
  • Homeowners disputing denied claims
  • Landlord-tenant attorneys documenting habitability issues

Why Independence Matters in Insurance and Legal Cases

When mold is discovered during an insurance claim or legal dispute, the integrity of the inspection report is critical. A report from a company that also performs remediation carries an inherent conflict of interest — their findings could be influenced by the potential for remediation work.

Super Green Environmental is strictly an inspection and testing firm. We do not perform remediation, we do not refer to remediation contractors, and we have no financial interest in the outcome of any claim or dispute. Our reports reflect only what the evidence shows.

What Our Reports Include

Every inspection report we produce for insurance and legal purposes includes:

  • A full written assessment of the property condition
  • Air and surface sampling results from an accredited third-party laboratory
  • Moisture mapping data identifying the source and extent of water intrusion
  • Photo documentation of all findings
  • A professional opinion on conditions observed, suitable for use in mediation, arbitration, or litigation

Our license number is MRSA2418, issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Post-Remediation Verification

After remediation is complete, we also provide Post-Remediation Verification (PRV) — an independent clearance test confirming the work meets Florida standards. PRV reports are commonly required by insurance carriers before closing a claim.

How do I get a mold report for an insurance claim in Florida?

Start with an independent inspection by a licensed mold assessor. The written report documents the source of moisture, the extent of the mold, and laboratory results, which you can give to your insurer, public adjuster, or attorney.

Will my insurer accept the report? Insurers make their own coverage decisions, so we cannot promise a result. What we provide is documentation: moisture mapping, photos, accredited laboratory results, and a written opinion on the conditions observed. It is useful both for filing a claim and for disputing a denial.

Why does it matter that the assessor does not do remediation? Florida Statutes § 468.8419(1)(d) prohibits a mold assessor or the assessor’s company from performing or offering to perform remediation on a structure they assessed within the previous 12 months. We go further and never perform remediation, so nothing in our findings depends on selling repair work. Read the statute or our explanation of why testing and remediation should never come from the same company.

What happens after the work is finished? We perform post-remediation verification, an independent clearance test, which carriers often ask for before closing a claim.

Report the loss promptly. Florida property policies have deadlines for reporting a loss, so check your policy and notify your insurer early. Photograph visible damage before anything is moved or dried.

Independent Mold and Air Quality Assessment You Can Trust

From inspection to verification, our licensed mold assessor finds the source, documents what is there, and writes the protocol a separate remediation contractor follows. We never perform the removal ourselves, so our findings stay independent, and we return afterward to confirm the work was done.
